Three second half goals sealed the deal for the Sterling College Warriors Wednesday as they beat Southwestern 4-0 at home. The loss dropped the Builders to 1-9 on the season and 0-2 in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference. Sterling improved to 6-4-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the KCAC.

The four players that put up points for the Warriors were Lacey Rhoades, junior forward, Priscilla Coronado, junior defender, Kylie Yates, senior forward, and Yesenia Garcia, senior forward. The Warriors got off 24 shots against the Builders and 13 shots on goal.

Southwestern’s next game takes place at 1:30 p.m. in Lindsborg against the 4-6-1 Bethany Swedes.
