The women’s soccer team finished out their season Saturday, falling to the University of Saint Mary Spires 3-0 in Leavenworth. The game solidified the team’s position in last place in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference with a record of 1-15-1 overall and a 0-8-1 KCAC record.

The Builders held Saint Mary to a one-point lead in the first half, but fell behind in the second as the Spires put up two more goals.

The Spires got off 21 shots against the Builders and 10 shots on goal. Katherine Crowell, freshman defender, led Saint Mary, making two of the team’s three goals. Ivory Baldwin, freshman forward, added on the other goal while also taking four shots throughout the game.
