Southwestern women’s volleyball team faced off against conference opponent Kansas Wesleyan on Wednesday, Nov. 27.

The Builders went in to the game with a 2-18 record, against the 10-18 Coyotes from KWU. The two teams had played previously in the season in which KWU won at home.

After losing the first two games 13-25 and 19-25, the Builders won the third game 25-21. Southwestern was unable to even the score. Southwestern lost the final game close 24-26. They fell to KWU 3-1

The Builders will prepare for a game Saturday against Tabor College. Tabor is 10-5 ranked third in the conference. Southwestern has lost to Tabor previously in the season. The game takes place Saturday, Oct. 30, in the Allen Field House at 3 p.m.
