The men’s tennis team is now 0-2 in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference, with the women faring only slightly better at 1-1 with a 5-4 win over McPherson College yesterday.

The men started out with an 8-1 loss to Bethel College Saturday morning, then lost 9-0 to McPherson yesterday. Without a single win under their belts this season, they’ll take on Tabor College Saturday at home at 9 a.m.

The women began with a 9-0 loss against Bethel, and came back against now 0-2 McPherson College yesterday for a 5-4 win against the Bulldogs.

They are now 1-1 in conference play, and have yet to play three of teams who are currently placed above them– Kansas Wesleyan, Tabor and Bethany. They’ll get the chance to take on Tabor Saturday at 9 a.m. at home.
