The softball team grabbed a close win against Tabor Saturday afternoon, taking the Bluejays on a ride that ended 4-2. Although the winning-streak didn’t last long.  After the first victory, the Lady Builders softball team dropped a second game against the Bluejays, losing 11-6.

In the first game, Alex Ritzema, freshman utility player, Paige Hall, freshman infielder, Allison Utz, freshman infielder, and Peyton Timmerman, sophomore infielder all scored.

In the second game, Whytleigh Guerrero, sophomore utility player, Remington Samuels, sophomore outfielder, Alejandra Palacios, senior outfielder, Alex Ritzema, freshman utility player, and Peyton Timmerman, sophomore infielder, all scored.

Next, the Lady Builders will take on the McPherson Bulldogs in Winfield at 4 p.m.
