The Southwestern College men’s and women’s soccer teams traveled to Bacone College Sept. 10.

It was not a pretty night for the women’s team. The ladies attempted eight shots total, with only one coming near to the net. That shot came from Caitlin Harris, freshman center back.

The Lady Warriors doubled total shots taken, attempting 16 shots throughout the game. However, only one shot was on-goal. It was also the only point scored in the entire game.

Southwestern ended their game with a 2-0 loss to the Warriors.

Unfortunately, the men’s team did not fair much better. The men got off only five shots total, none of which were on goal.

Bacone’s Guilherme Galego, freshman forward, scored the only goal of the game out of Bacone’s 12 total shots.

The game ended with the Builders falling to Bacone 1-0.
