Sarah Frazier, theatre senior, and Abram Rankin, theatre senior, rehearse a scene from “The Norman Conquests,” trilogy. “The Norman Conquests” will be performed Oct. 11-16 and 18 in Messenger Recital Hall.
There are three separate parts to the trilogy. It will be presented on consecutive nights, with all three parts on tap for Sunday. The schedule will be: Trilogy part 1, Oct. 14, at 8 p.m.; Trilogy part 2, Oct. 15, at 8 p.m.; Trilogy part 3, Oct. 16, at 8 p.m. Then Oct. 18, the schedule has part 1 at 1:30 p.m., part 2 at 4 p.m., and part 3 at 8 p.m.
The plot of “The Norman Conquests” centers around a single weekend six individuals spend together, and the various relationships that evolve during their stay. Norman, the title character, just wants to feel the tender love and affection of a woman, or three. Each play takes place in different rooms, and the garden of a country house.
