Men’s soccer pummeled Manhattan 2-0 yesterday.

“Putting ourselves in scoring opportunities and being slow to pull the trigger was the reason why we implemented our new 4-2-3-1 formation,” said Chris Allen, assistant men’s soccer coach

Jordan Garcia, junior forward, scored two goals. A new formation was introduced to the team and is Garcia credits the goals to the new formation.

“Our new formation worked very well,” said Garcia.

They will be playing McPherson 8 p.m. Oct. 1.
