The men’s soccer team lost 0-1 to York College yesterday. Both teams struggled to score during the first half of the game, but York was able to come out on top late in the game at the 63 minute mark.

Despite not scoring, Fernando Salazar, freshman middle forward, led the Builders in shots taken and Parker O’Quinn, freshman goalkeeper, made eight saves against Panther shots taken. The men’s soccer team is extremely young, with over 70 percent of them being freshman. This leaves the Builders KCAC record at 0-5.

Next, the Builders will travel to Leavenworth to take on the Saint Mary Spires. The game will be at 8 p.m., October 15.
