The men’s basketball team still find themselves going on a descend after getting their third consecutive loss today at rivals Friends. The Moundbuilders fell short 80-61.

The Builders couldn’t keep up with No. 23 ranked Falcons. Since the beginning of the game, Friends demonstrated why they are first in the conference bracket. The Builders were on top of the Falcons early in the game, but Friends came from behind and never looked back.

Cameron Clark, sophomore forward, led once again the Builder attack with 21 points. William Tisdale, junior forward, followed with 16 points and the team best rebounder with six boards.

As a team, the Builders shot 36 percent from the floor, making 22 out of 61 shots. They also shot 14 percent from long range, netting three from 21 shots.

The Builders will host Kansas Wesleyan on Feb. 1 at Stewart Field House. The game is set to tip-off at 7 p.m.
