The Lady Builders slayed the Saint Mary Spires by 27 points on Feb. 12.

They scored a total of 38 points in the first half leaving the Spires trailing behind with only 20 points.

While the Lady Builders only scored two more points in the second half the Spires were not able to close the gap between them, scoring only 11 more points by the end of the game.

The score at the end of the game was a crushing 78-51. This leaves the women’s team 11-4 in the KCAC, with 17 wins and 8 losses throughout the season.

The next women’s basketball game will be at 3 p.m. on Feb. 14 in Stewart Fieldhouse. The Lady Builders will take on the Bulldogs of McPherson.
