Stretching their winning streak to five in a row, the Lady Builders beat Oklahoma Wesleyan in an agonizing one-point game, 66-65.

The Lady Builders traveled to Bartlesville, Okla. and beat the No. 8 ranked Lady Eagles at home.

Senior guard, Sheri Zoglmann, lead the Lady Builders’ all-scorers with 14 points. Following Zoglmann, was Jana Reichenberger, sophomore forward. Reichenberger not only was a factor in the points for the Lady Builders, but she was also the top rebounder for the night with nine boards.

As a team, the Lady Builders shot 31.51 percent from the floor and 18.52 percent from long range. Their free throw accuracy was 62.50 percent.

With this thrilling victory, the Lady Builders stand 6-1 in the season. They will travel to Topeka to face NCAA Division II Washburn Ichabods. The team will open KCAC play on Dec. 5 at Saint Mary.
