The women’s basketball team lost against Emporia State University 40-91 on Nov. 22. This leaves the Lady Builders 4-3 this season.

The first quarter of the game ended 25-47. The Lady Builders couldn’t catch up with the Lady Hornets in the second half of the game.

The team stayed behind in points the entire game. Emporia stayed in control of the game by always being at least 20 points ahead.

Montana Rickey, senior guard, led the team in rebounds. She had a total of four for the entire game.

The team member who had the most assists of the night was Kenzi Taylor, sophomore forward.

The Lady Builders next game will be Dec. 4 against Tabor University. The game will start at 6:00 p.m. in Stewart Field House.
