Justin Diggles, senior guard, is the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Cconference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 30 through Dec. 6.
Diggles scored 63 points in three games this week. He also had 15 rebounds, 12 assists, two blocks, and eight steals. He was 24 for 40 field goals for a 0.60 shooting percentage and he went for four of seven from the three-point line.
Diggles returns this year from a knee injury which took him out of the 2008-2009 season. The Builders were 2-1 for the week. They had wins against Southwestern Christian University (72-68) and the University of Sain Mary (86-83). The men lost to Friends University Dec. 3 81-61.
The men are 5-5 on the year and 1-1 in the KCAC. Their next game is at 8 p.m. Dec. 10 at home against defending KCAC champion Sterling College. Sterling is currently 0-2 in the conference.
